Stress relief during a pandemic, CBD is the perfect socially distanced stress reliever.

Stress.  We’ve all got it. We’re all looking to manage it.  But, in this world of COVID-19, it can be harder to relieve stress while staying safe.  

For some, going out to see a movie, going to a game, or heading to a bar were all popular ways to get some much needed stress relief from our daily struggles.  

But, all of those options aren’t exactly feasible during a pandemic.  So with everyone working, teaching, or hanging out with friends from home, it only makes sense to try and relieve stress from home now too.

Today, we’re going to talk about how you can relieve stress while maintaining COVID-19 safe protocols.  

Should You Try CBD For Stress? 


Taking CBD as a stress reliever has taken the country by storm.  But, because of lack of oversight by the FDA, poor regulation, and misleading claims, CBD companies have to approach this topic very carefully.

Anyone who says “I guarantee you CBD will help with ‘this’”, is most likely not in this business for the long haul.  Many people are entering the “Green Rush” of CBD, meaning they are looking to make a quick buck, and not truly help people with their ailments.

But, there is anecdotal evidence that a lot of people are getting some relief thanks to Hemp-Derived Cannabinoids.  Some use CBD tinctures for immediate relief, others use CBD capsules as an everyday routine.  

Many users report feeling a calm, relief, or general relaxation when consuming CBD.  But, because we're predicated on high standards, best practices, and being above board with everything we do, we stay away from making any over arching claims about what CBD could do for you.

Instead, we're going to turn to some testimonials from both celebrities and our own personal knowledge about how some people feel after consuming CBD.

Kim Kardashian talks about how CBD can relieve stress while social distancing.


First up, is Riley Cote. Back in 2019, Riley told Men’s Health “I quickly realized (CBD) wasn’t just helping with my brain health, but it also added another dimension to my sleep, and its subtle calming nature helped with anxiety”.  

Riley, then 36, is a retired NHL player who was known to take & deal out huge hits.  All of those hits can lead to some serious damage to your body, and Riley is on record saying CBD has helped with a variety of issues.  

Not into sports? Have you heard of this up and coming star named Kim Kardashian? Well she too raves all about the wonders of CBD.  She told U.S. Magazine in October of last year “It (CBD) calms me down immediately” 

She started using CBD to help manage the stress of a fourth child while entering Law school.

It should be noted, a lot of celebrities that swear by CBD may also be financially involved with a CBD company.  Many have started their own line, or invested in an existing brand.  Either way, we know first hand the benefits, and sometimes the name recognition that comes with a celebrity endorsing a particular product just can’t be beat.

Our Experience With CBD  

As someone who has been in the CBD business for over 2 years now, it’s amazing the first hand testimonials I’ve heard.  

I’ve had people cry in front of me, hug me (pre-COVID), and rave about how their lives have been changed thanks to this little bottle of CBD.  

Short term pain relief, managing stress, and just helping with daily struggles are all things CBD could do for someone.  

I’ve had customers who give CBD to their pet and it’s extended the life of their furry friend.

That single fact is probably my favorite aspect of being in the CBD business.  I truly love helping people feel better, in a natural way.  But, when CBD isn’t the answer for their struggles, I always feel bad.  Always.  

But, I can sleep easily at night knowing that was probably the worst thing to happen.  Nothing.  The customer didn’t have any addiction issues or negative side effects like some alternatives give people.  

So, will CBD help you with stress?

First off, it’s certainly a great Socially Distanced way to try and relieve stress. 

Secondly, it won’t hurt!
